The problem is persisting later on trying all of the above. It is only affecting one of my accounts. I have other Outlook/hotmail accounts that are working. Here are answers to your questions:

I never said I was unable to access my mailbox.  I am not sure where y'all read that.

What I said is that I am constantly getting the message that "there is something incorrect, please refresh.  I become this anytime I try to look at a message, articulate a mailbox, etc.  I am spending majoring of my time refreshing Hotmail/Outlook.

I never had this consequence earlier Outlook took over.

I can't respond about some other browser considering I merely use Google Chrome.

I can't answer about using another estimator because I only have the one laptop.

I tin't respond about using other Microsoft accounts because this one is the merely one I take.

All I know is that I, and many others, keep getting the same bulletin about 'something is incorrect'.

I clear my cache, I make certain in that location are no issues on you main site, etc.

Please prepare this-- I am not the just one.

I sympathise why y'all are asking the questions-- I was answering them.  I was not disputing the reason yous were request.

All I questioned was where yous got the idea I couldn't access my mail service-- I never had said that.  I said I was existence told something was wrong-- that doesn't imply that I couldn't access postal service.

As for other browsers I have no other browsers on my calculator.  IE 8/9 crashes many of the applications I use on the computer.  Firefox is extremely laggy.  I have only used Google Chrome for years.
